Our story
Speech Masters is an education company created to engage businesses and individuals to integrate and succeed in the global economy through improving communication. Our main focus is on the IT business sector of Belarus. We offer business English and public speaking training. Our classes are fun, interactive and practical.

After receiving his Bachelors degree in Business Administration from Mississippi State University and working in the banking industry, Philip realized he wanted to spend the rest of his life future leaders of the world.
As a motivational speaker for twelve years in the United States, Philip helped a number of Millennials and seasoned industry veterans discover how to more effectively utilize their skills and abilities. Then, in the summer of 2001, while in search for a new adventure for his family and himself, Philip discovered an immense passion for teaching English in Minsk.
Soon after this, Philip and his family relocated to Minsk, where he taught English for several years before co-founding Speech Masters, a company fully devoted to helping those within the IT industry and other sectors build better connections with their American customers. Now, as a full-time "Communication Coach", Philip enjoys helping his students improve their communication skills with American clients.
